Touched up the ribs and auxiliary spar around the glue joints with the sanding
bar.
Marked and trimmed the front edge of the top skin, to prepare it for gluing.
Marked the outlines of the ribs and spars on the bottom skin, to prepare it for future varnishing (it will be impossible to trace the outlines on the bottom skin after the top skin is glued).
Prepared several wide strips of ~20mm foam to be used for weight distribution while gluing the skin. Propped the spar above the table such that the trailing edge is flat on the table. Placed a 2 inch alum angle over the table edge, to provide a straight flat surface for the trailing edge (the work table has some waviness).
Mixed cotton-cab, applied to the structure. Placed the skin over the skeleton. Put the foam strips and light weights over the foam strips. Clamped the forward edge of the plywood with spring clamps.
