Sanded the leading edge fiberglass (D-box). Feathered the edges of the fiberglass layup
after removing
and scraping the remains of the masking tape. The surface came out better that I
expected. I was worried that it would be lumpy, but it is quite acceptable. I
think it is good enough without additional spackling and sanding.
Masked the trailing edge and filled the trough with "dry micro" mix. Suprisingly little of the mix was needed, hardly a few grams.
