Plans storage/display frame

Before diving into the actual build, I wanted to make some kind of storage container/box/frame for the plans, to keep them from getting covered in dust and damaged. I actually have two sets of plans: the first set for the SD-1 XL TGC version, the second set for the SD-1b (wider fuselage) XL TGC version. I ordered the first set of plans long before ordering the kit, and then I also got another set of plans with the kit.

While waiting for the kit shipment, I made a "notebook" type holder for the first set of plans and mounted all sheets to it using 2" clear packaging tape. This works well for browsing through the drawings. But this does not provide for a convenient way of displaying/hanging one drawing when working on a specific part of the build.

For the second set of plans I wanted to make a simple storage box, to keep them flat and to be able to easily take one out when needed. I then had an idea of turning it into a picture frame style box, with a "lid" that is pressed down with quick release tongues that twist away, very similar to a true picture frame. A single drawing can be pulled out and pressed down on top of the lid and easily displayed. I have not made provisions for hanging the frame on the wall, but I may do so later. The frame works really well for now, but I only have used it for a couple days.
