Trimmed/sanded the edges of the ply/foam sandwich ribs, to ready them for gluing
to the spar. Marked the locations of the ribs on the spar. Prepared balsa
"crutches" for fixing the front ribs to the spar while gluing. Glued the front ribs with
cotton-cab mix. CA'ed the crutches to the masking tape on the ribs and the spar
- this provides support and holds them in place. Loaded with weights.
Made templates for checking the bevel angles on the spar caps, using 1mm ply. Sanded (on the belt sander) the bevels on the spar caps (24 deg on the front spar, 6 deg on the aft spar). Glued the ply blocks (for rudder attachment) to the aft spar.
